dinner was goooooooood. aunty beatrice and her daughter aunty bertha came after our steamboat with uncle samuel's family. Mabel's taking her basic theory march1, a day before me. hehe. she says it's easier to pass driving tests at bt batok driving centre as compared to her school at ubi because of the roads. haha, i say, yayyyyyy. mabel's into her second year at NTU, smart girl and really really nice. the other time our family met, we were talking non-stop about korean dramas. aunty beatrice is so cute. she's so bubbly for someone her age, and i tell you, she really sets the energy going anywhere she goes. aunty bertha is so smart and comical. both of them are so cartoon. i like cartoon. hehe. she asked me how much the daily scoop pays me, and offered to pay me more if i work as her receptionist at her practice in gleneagles. hahaha, she's so cute la aiyo. she was talking about the SDU and how they use 'recycled man' (read: man who have been divorced/ dumped) and she was being so drama about it hahahaha, her experiences I mean. I say, i really cannot be bothered about the SDU , but she's so interesting to listen to/watch. when I opened the gate for her, the first sound she made was 'uhhhhh!' (think slow but loud exclamation) and then she asked 'are you melissa or melanie?' hhahaha, then she said the last time she saw me was when i was this tall (think 60cm) ahahha. i like aunty bertha :D so anyway, i offered to treat mummy to a movie later tonight (the other 2 monkies will have to pay for their own tickets because they have ang-paos hhehehe i love my monkie sisters) because I am 'in demand by a doctor'. i hope we get to watch 'notes on a scandal' and not get persuaded by marilyn ho and end up facing the oversized sillicon butt of eddie murphy for 2 whole hours. hahahaha. okay, shut up Melanie Ho. it's been a happy monday, and 'chu er' of the cheenese new year. and oh, it's been a whole day of eating yet again. no complaints. i love food. and i love dee.
